One plant - Camelia Sinensis - and so many diverse flavour profiles. That's pretty amazing, but the thing I find most exciting is that we experience different teas, well, differently. Taste is not just the mouth and the taste buds, it probably starts with the nose, the aroma - and the brain is involved also. So, a bunch of people can taste the same brew and have a host of different opinions! Now that's exciting - isn't it?
So, my blog is about tea - I think tea can be many things: calming & meditative; sharing and socializing; afternoon kick-start.
Tea TrendZ is offering free samples, well you have to pay for postage - about the same cost as a cup of tea. Sign up to the TeaZer Club and get two samples, selected by me, to taste and compare. You'll receive a bit of background on the teas and a sensory evaluation sheet. Nothing elaborate - this is meant to be fun. And if you find a tea that makes you smile - great, that's what it's about.
